Losing Word links in Outlook

When I email a Word document directly from within Word, the hyperlinks with
text boxes are lost in Outlook. They work fine in Word, but do not appear
anywhere in Outlook.

All Word links in the non-text box areas work fine in Outlook.

Does anyone know why the links in a text box get lost?
