Loss of Data Label Format

Hi,

I have tried adding data labels to a bar chart and rotating them vertically,
whilst changinging the number type and format. I then email these to another
user and the graph loses format. How can I prevent this?

I have tried converting them to .pdf's but the lose format in the conversion
process.
