Loss of data when emailing from onenote (Using outlook 2003)

I have a list of 35-40 items in onenote. When i send the list via
Outlook 2003 the list suffers data loss.

Items from the list disappear and certain 'flags' do not appear at all
in the list.

This loss occurs in BOTH the email text and in the .one attachment.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Are the items lost before the email is sent (i.e. on *your* computer before
yuou click "Send a Copy"?

Or do the items disappear after they are sent, and this behavior is observed
on the *recipient's* computer?

If the latter, what version of Outlook and OneNote (including Service Packs)
are on the recipient's computer?

The loss occurs before they are sent - ie what i see on screen when in
the emai envelope. The data is also lost in the email.
