Loss of Features in ActiveSync 4.1

Hello,
I am a long-time Pocket PC/Smartphone user and recently upgraded to a phone
that required me to upgrade my version of ActiveSync to 4.1. I use Outlook
extensively and synchronize with both home and work PCs. I am extremely
frustrated with the loss of two important ActiveSync features; 1) the ability
to control my sync schedule, and 2) the ability to synchronize only selected
categories of calendar and task items. Can you please tell me if there are
plans to correct this? It is a tremendous inconvenience and I look forward
to a new version very soon!

Wrong newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft Office Outlook. ActiveSync is
supported in the Windows Mobile newsgroups.
