Loss of hyperlink - Import to Excel from Access

When I import data via a database query through Excel, the data in my
hyperlink fields don't display as a hyperlink. When I click in the field,
and then leave it, the hyperlink works. Without writing a macro to click in
every field, is there a workaround?
