I have had a few random instances of users loosing inbox items after a
terminal server session.
Current setup:
Servers - Active passive Ex 2003 SP2 Ent Edition fully up to date.
2 x 2003 NLB Terminal servers - fully upto date running Office 2003 SP2 +
patches
clients XP SP2 Office 2003 SP2 + patches.
Users have a seperate TS and roaming profile with offline caching enabled on
both.
Example - user logs off on Friday evening, then on the weekend they connect
up via a secure portal and start a TS session Read email etc and logout.
On the monday they notice only Monday mornings email in in the client inbox
on their workstation.
Only thing I can think of is a difference between the TS profile OST and the
workstation profile ost.
Anyone had any similar issues?
