Loss of privileges even as the Admins

I have lost privileges to copy or create new queries within the 2003 database
of which I am the owner and administrator. Was this a 'feature' of a patch?
How do I regain access? I cannot back-out any security patches.

I have no idea how that would happen. I'd suggest importing all
objects into a new MDB and see if that solves things.
