Lost a folder in Outlook 2003

In outlook I have a rule set that if someone sends me an email, it goes into
their folder. One of those folders just disappeared. I saw it earlier this
week but came in yesterday and noticed the folder missing. I have nothing in
my Deleted Items folder and am not sure if it was deleted accidentally or
not. I don't recall deleting any folders intentionally. Can I still retrieve
the folder? I didn't make a back up :(

If it's an entire folder, it won't be in your Deleted Items folder. It would
be a subfolder to it. If there's a + sign beside your Deleted Items folder,
click on it to expand it.

If there isn't, then perhaps you've emptied your Deleted Items folder? If
you have, in that case I have to ask you what type of mail account you have.

If you have an Exchange mail account, you may be able to retrieve the
folder. Open your Deleted Items folder and click on Tools and scroll to
Recover Deleted Items. How long items are retained depends on how many days
the Exchange Admin has set Deleted Item Retention for.

If you have a POP3 account and use a PST, follow the instructions here:
