lost a secondary account (not the default one), while system recov

I was doing system recovery/backup which promised me to backup every single
file, and of course, when I went back to the recovered system, I lost some
stuff, the most annoying of which is my secondary account in outlook express
6.0.

Any idea how I can recover that?
