Lost Ability to Print Weekly Calendar

I have a user who can no longer print her supervisor's
weekly calendar. She can view the calendar but when she
tries to print, she gets an error to select the option.
She can print daily or monthly but not weekly.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get this option
back? I tried reinstalling Outlook but that didn't
help. She's on Office XP.
