Lost activation key for full version of One Note 2003 :(

I purchased the full version of One Note 2003 a little over a year ago. I
activated it online, and they sent me a cd. Unfortunately, there is no
activation key anywhere on the CD or case. Is there a way to get the key?

Do you possibly have a message in your old emails containing the product
key? Possibly in a receipt or something from the purchase?

Unfortunately no. I looked through my trash and saved messages, but couldn't
find it. Is there a number I could call? In another thread, someone
mentioned that the CD itself may have a type of identifying number on it.
Also, shouldn't there be somewhere on Microsoft's site that I can log on to
that would have the information?
