Lost Address Book View in Entourage 2008

While in Entourage 2008 I accidentially dragged the Address Book icon
from the folder list below the "Folders on My Computer"

So now when I click on the Address Book icon on my toolbar I will get
a list of folders in the main window and in the Folder List window on
the left it has Folders on My Computer, Directory Services and then
Address Book Views

I can't seem to get the Address Book folder from the Main Window to
drag back to the Folder List in between the Folders on My Computer and
Directory Services to restore my Contacts in the Main Window.

If I'm in Mail View I can click on the Address Book folder in the Left
Folder List and see all my Contacts in the Right Main Window, but then
I have Mail Views in the Left Folder Window so it's all wrong. So
obviously I can get to my Contacts it's just I can't match them up
with the right icon and custom views.

Can anyone help me? This is really frustrating.

Under View in the Menu bar, select Mail Folders Only. Now toggle it back to
show the Calendar and Address Book icons.

Let me know if this fixes the problem.
