Lost All Calendar and Mail After Import of Contact PST File!

I tried importing a PST file of an address book that I had from Express.
After importing the address book, I lost all my calendar appointments from
the past year and all future, as well as all emails that I have ever had on
my computer. Is there anyway to retrieve this lost data at all????? I am
dead in the water and would love someone to tell me if there is a way to fix
this PLEASE!!!!!! I am running Outlook 2003 SP1.

PLEASE HELP!

One of the reasons you should never import a PST. And there's no way to
have exported a PST from Outlook Express.

My guess is that you've simply added the new PST to your profile and that
your former PST is still on your disk. If you created it in the default
location, you should be able to find it by opening Windows Explorer,
entering
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook in the
Address field and clicking Go. If it's there, open it with
File>Open>Outlook Data File in Outlook.
