lost all contacts 1000+

while trying to solve a kyocera 7135 telephone/pda
problem I apparently really screws up and lost all my
outlook data. In restoring I was able to find my
appointment calender but am unable to find all my
contacts. I have not emptied the recycle bin at any time
during the process.
When I ask for .pst files I get only 2. archive.pst of
1600 kb and outlook.pst of 349,000kb.
How do I get my contacts/todo list back into microsoft
outlook?

Open each of the .PST files using File | Open (in Outlook) and see if any of
them contain your missing data.
