If you were using Outlook Express...
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/
More specifically, the files are stored in a place that is called the
Outlook Store Folder. This folder is located in one of the areas:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Outlook Express\{GUID}
or
C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Local Settings\_
Application Data\Identities\{GUID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
where {GUID} is a very long set of numbers/characters and is
different for every user.
You will find a lot of .dbx there, and a .wab file.
Do the following:
1) Make a backup of that folder before you do anything else.
2) Open OE, then click on File, then on Import
3) Click on the appropriate thing and follow the instructions listed.
You will need to browse to the appropriate folder listed above to
get the files.
Hope that helps.
There is a ton of useful information on the site listed above.
