lost all e-mail addresses and cannot add new ones - won't let me.

I have been on the phone with Microsoft and Telus because I lost internet and
e-mail. Now woth restored. However my e-mail Microsoft Outlook 2003 has no
record of my e-mail addresses. When I tried to add them it said that this
e-mail could save addresses! Help

You're not making much sense. Post your exact steps to reproduce and the
exact error you get when using those steps.

Additionally; which mail account type are you using?
