Lost all my contact info

Help!

I spent all day loading names into contact manager. Its
all gone! I saved every entry. I don't know what I did.
It shows zero records. Should be 100+. Any thoughts where
to look or how to restore? I'm a real novice. Thanks to
anyone who can help.
