Lost Business and Account Contacts

I could really use some help. I have Outlook 2007 with BCM 2007. I
religiously backed up the database.

My PC had some serious problems. I did a new install of Vista Ultimate and
reinstalled Outlook and BCM. When I try to restore the previously mentioned
backup, I receive a message:

"Cannot restore this database because you were not authorized to backup or
restore databases when this one was originally backuped up. For more
information, contact the database owner or the system administrator for more
information. You local database was not changed"

I was the original owner and I am the administrator. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks to a thread by Mukesh Agarwal [MSFT] on 2/6/2007, I was able to import
the data. Great community bullentin board we have here, folks!
