Lost Calendar dates during Sync - how to recover them?

While syncing my Entourage to my Motorola Q (using Missing Sync for
Windows Mobile), I lost all of my Calendar dates (4 years worth) in
Entourage. I realize I didn't have my settings correct in Missing
Sync, thus it must have overwrite the data in Entourage.

Is it possible to recover the Calendar data? My last backup of the
Office Identity was about 1 1/2 months ago...

I would appreciate anyone's input on this.
