Lost Calendar items

The other day I was syncing my Palm with Outlook and it wiped out several of my events in my Outlook Calendar. I was wondering is there any way to get retreive those events without retyping them. Thanks

Hello,

If an item was removed from your PST or mailbox, there is no way to
retrieve it unless you have a backup, or can synchronize it from your
haldheld.
