MagicalJellyBean (or any other of the programs which display keys) will only
display a key which exists. Because you formatted your HD, the key no
longer exists on the HD. Next time you will make sure you have access to
all keys necessary for reinstallation after a format of your HD.
MagicalJellyBean WILL display your keys IF you have an existing installation
of Office on your HD.

Since Microsoft provides no support for OEM versions of its software, you
will have to look to the one who provided your software for support of your
OEM version of Office: the manufacturer of the machine Office was originally
supplied with. Contact their customer support and tell them your problem.
Perhaps they recorded your key (but most probably, perhaps not).

Perhaps the key is on a sticker on your machine somewhere. Usually on the
side of the case, but it may be found on the bottom of the computer,
especially on portables. Also, look on the back of the jewel case or
envelope your copy of Office is in.

Otherwise, you are just plain stuck, and will have to buy a new copy of
Office.

Below are a few places where you may purchase Office XP Small Business
Edition "FULL OEM" for less than $176:

Donald,

The Office key is *NEVER* stuck to the chassis - that's the key for the OS.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure, since Ive only had computers which were
manufactured by my brother. Which is why I inserted the word "perhaps"
before I suggested he look on the case.

Sorry about the first message. This message is basically
for anyone who has lost your 25 digit key code. Try a
site http://www.deluxserials.com and try to find you key
code. Some of them work and some don't, but take your
chances with luck.
