Lost Column in List View

I have an older version of Microsoft Works-I use the
database for my small business. I mistakenly dragged a
column to move it & I lost it. I've tried unsuccessfully
to find it-When I'm in "form" view I see the field & its
contents-however, in list view it is gone. Anyway to get
it back?
