Lost conncetion from Microsoft Exchange

Could you advise me what sort of problem would affect the conncect to
Microsoft Exchange? But my internet is working properly....

Tried on "Outlook Send / Receive" but reported error (0x8004011D).

Please help!!!

For which version of Outlook and Exchange?
Are you local to the Exchange server or making a connection to it over the
Internet?
Ask your Exchange admin for details if you do not know.
