Lost connection to database

We are using ProjectServer and WSS. I detached the STS database from sql
server, copied it and re attached the database. Now, Project Server cannot
find the project websites or the shared documents page. I get "Unable to
connect to database. Check database connection information and make sure the
database server is running.". I've run COM+, iisreset and rebooted the
server. Any suggestions?
