Lost Contacts

Gary

I recently installed my old HD into a new tower and upgraded to XP from
2000. After re-installing Outlook 2000, I have tried to import my contacts
but the only pst file I can find is over a year out of date. Any ideas on
what I may be doing wrong or where I can look?

Many Thanks

Gary

Search the entire harddrive for .pst files and make sure you are searching all directories and hidden
filenames.

If you were using Outlook 2000 in IMO mode, you may have been sharing contacts with Outlook Express.
Search for and .wab files and see if you can import any additional contacts from these Windows Addess
Books. Also, look for .pab files. These are Personal Address Books and could possible hold the
information you are looking for.
