Lost contacts

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Hi.

I accidentaly deleted all my contacts from Entourage. As they were synced with Address Book, all of my contacts are now lost. Is there a way for me to recover them?
They're gone in Address Book also.

Please say yes!

Sorry. With all the sync problems today, backups are necessary.
