Lost damaged section file when recovered

I was using OneNote on the laptop when I run out of batteries. When I get
plugged and up again, OneNote told me a section file was damaged
(inconsistencies) and that it will be recovered, but when recovered the
section was completely empty. I've tried with /forcerecover and
/forcerecoverfull, but didn't work. I've tried with backups too, but they're
reported to be damaged and get empty too.

Any hint?
