Lost data

I have a big database around 40M with 9 tables and 6
forms. This database is also shared with 10 users. The
records are getting deleted all of a sudden after every
two weeks or so.
Can someone please tell me whether this could happen in MS
Access ?

Access doesn't delete Records by itself.

I only see this when users accidentally delete Records ...
