Lost database objects and messed up menu

I admit I messed up, but didn't think I would have this much trouble. While
trying to set properties for a switchboard and form, I incorrectly changed
the properties and now I have a very limited menu--one which doesn't let me
get into Design to change the properties or menu. I am missing most
importantly, the View and Tools menu options. Now all I can see is the
switchboard and the form. All my other database objects aren't accessible.

Never mind, thanks to anyone who looked at this, but I found my solution in
one of the threads below: Holding the shift key while opening my database
DOES override my f'd up settings.
