lost disk

I tried to change the configuration on my email for
Outlook and I made a mistake....

It is now asking for a disk I do not have; and will not
load Outlook.

Is there a back door I can get through to get into the
programme or HAVE I LOST EVERYTHING, INCLUDING MY
CALENDAR????
