To whom it may concern:
I purchased the Microsoft Office XP Standard for
Students and Teachers Version 2002 approximately 8 months
ago. My computer was recently hit by the "blaster virus"
and my entire hard drive was erased. My computer is up
and running again, however when I attempted to reload
Microsoft Office to my computer, I realized I was unable
to locate the disk! I should be registered in the system--
is there any way I can get a new disk? I still have the
yellow instruction book to prove I purchased it. This
has been an extremely trying time, and as a graduate
student, I am in desparate need of Microsoft Office on my
computer. I really cannot afford to go buy a new one, so
if there is any way you can send me a replacement or help
me in any way, please let me know. Thank you, ANGELA
