Lost disks - Help

I lost my Office Disks and only have the product key. How
can I replace the disks. It is for 2002 version. Can I
get the upgrade to 2003 with just the product key. when is
2004 coming out and how much is the upgrade?

Why don't you get together with someone who has lost
their cd key? that way at least one of you will have the
full set.

John, just stumbled onto your message.....

I have made three phone calls to Microsoft for help with a
replacement cd for Office 2000. First & second phone call
lead me to believe that a replacement cd would be sent in
7 10 days. After waiting, I finally made the third phone
call. A representative tells me today, 'oh, you can't get
a replacement, you have to buy new software. So I am
going to use every avenue I can to complain about a
product that Microsoft sells and can't service. Why
should I have to pay to upgrade when there isn't anything
wrong with what I have already purchased. I have been
faithful in updating thru upgrades, downloads, etc. For
what???? Anyway, good luck with your request and let me
know if you have any suggestions for me.
