Lost disks, licensing

I am helping two people restore their systems after virus
corruption. One has most of her disks for MSWorks with
Word, but not the disk that has the sleeve with the
license on it so I can't reinstall. The other had
MSOffice on their computer, moved and can't find the
disks to reinstall. Can I call someplace to see if they
ever registered their software and get the licenses for
each so I can reinstall the software and possibly
replacement CDs?
