Lost document

I have been working on a powerpoint and saved it to my pen drive. It said
cannot save save and threw me out. Accepting that my pen drive is ready for
the bin, can I recover my document on my lap top? It's not obviously
anywhere checked recycle bin. thanks

Never save a file directly to removable media. Save it to the hard drive
first then cpy it over to the pen drive. If you didn't save that file to the
hard drive first, it's probably gone.
