Lost email folders when upgrading

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I just upgraded from Office X to 2008, and some of my email file folders are missing as well as addresses in my address book. How can I recover these?

If you still have Office X installed, you can export the missing data as individual files.

Manually move your Entourage X data
