Lost Email

we have exchange 2003 - most users have outlook 2000 installed. problem is
only one user not receiving emails from within the company - any solutions as
to what might be the problem? he has outlook 2000 client with over 1.2GB
inbox - he is receiving emails from outside of our organization

Any error messages? Event viewer entries? Have you checked the connectors to
ensure that the username is spelled correctly?

everything is fine - everyone else in the org is receiving emails fine ...
nothing in the eventlog ... connectors are fine ... it's been working with no
problems since will implemented exchange2003 over 6 months ago...

any suggestions?

If it has been working well for 6 months, what recently changed for this
user? Any updates, installation, upgrade?

no updates at all -
i do see that he's mailstore count is growing ... but lookslike outlook or
owa unable to retrive them ...

thanks for your help - it's now resolved
it was a silly mistake on the users part - he made a filter for a
distribution list - so all the emails sent from the list were going to that
specified folder instead of the inbox.
