You don't import, you locate the file using Windows Search and look for a
file with a .pst extension (enable searching hidden/system files) and then
you open it from your current profile.
If you are using an Exchange server, ask your admin to assist you. If you
are trying to open an .ost (offline storage file for exchange), and you have
changed profiles, the mail is lost.
