Lost emails

I belong to an organization that sends out bulk emails weekly. About 4
months ago I began not receiving these. When I asked about this, they
forwarded the message to me and I received it fine. But in order to receive
them, they must always remember to forward the message to me. Hence I miss
some.

I have tried adding the email address and domain to safe senders, safe
recipients, etc but this has not helped.

Recently I bought an iPhone and just by luck, I tried to open my email on
the iPhone and a message from the organization was in my iPhone inbox. But
when I opened Outlook on my PC it was not there, as usual. (I did select the
option of do not delete in Outlook messages received on the iPhone).

So is there a place I can look on the PC where outlook logs blocked messages
or is there a way to see what the actual email address was of the blocked
message (when they forward it to me) so I can see if there is another domain
or email I should add to the safe list, or is there another suggestion you
would have for me. HELP!

Impossible to say without any configuration information. Sounds like you
have a 3rd party mail filtering tool installed which made the message go
MIA. If Outlook had filtered out the message it would end up in the Junk
Email folder.
