Can I recover it with Timemachine?
Yes, but backing up Entourage in Time Machine is not advised. If the
database is copied while in use, it can result in a corrupt backup. Each
time any data is added to the Entourage database the entire database has to
be backed up. The default hourly backups of Time Machine that includes your
Microsoft User Data folder can cause slow downs and fill up your drive most
likely with a corrupt backup. See these article for alternatives.
