Lost "File" Menu While Customizing

Hi,

While in "Customize-Menus-Toolbars", I dragged the "File" menu down from the
tool menu. Now I've lost it. How do I get it back?

If you don't have other Menu customizations you want to preserve go back to
the Customize dialog, select the Menu Bar by name, then click Reset &
confirm when prompted. This will reset the entire Menu Bar to its original
defaults.

If you don't want to reset the entire Menu Bar, go to the Commands page of
that dialog & select the Built-In Menus category, then drag the File menu to
the bar. This will restore only that menu.
