lost files

I reinstalled windows xp and ask it to save my files.
But in Outlook all of my address, and past emails are
gone. Can I get them back

Search for all files with a *.PST extension -- those are the files that
contain all your Outlook data. Be sure to include hidden folders and files
in your search criteria.

If you did not format your disk, the data is probably still there.
