Lost Files

I have built a Web site in FrontPage 2003 but have lost files and cannot
retrive them.Is there any way I can upload the files off of the remote site
to a disk or my hard drive to save what I have on the internet and work with,

Yes you can import from your own site. Try this:

File, Import

Under HTTP item, enter your web address and it should download the files for you.

Or you could use Dreamweaver CS3 to do for you. The trial version of dreamweaver
will do it for you.

If the remote site has FrontPage extensions installed, open it in FrontPage
and then click File > Publish and publish it back to your machine.

It is not good practice to import a site because it will not import all of the necessary files.
A site needs to be published between locations.
