Lost files

Hi-

I have created folders for all my emails. My entourage deleted all my most important high traffic work files. They were there when I finished and gone the next morning after a software update. Is there any information on how to recover these? Interestingly all my low use files are still intact.

Advice is greatly appreciated.

If you search for any of the missing messages, do they appear? You
should be able to see which folder contains them in the search results.
