Lost Folder

I lost a folder in Outlook Express which I created under the Inbox to save
favorite e-mails. I have downloaded a "free trial" recovery program to try
to find the folder. The program asks what kind of file (from a list of many).
How do I determine the three letters that identify a folder in Outlook
Express? .pdf, etc. Thank you!

Thank you Robert. I tried the free restoration program unsuccessfully. Then
I did a file search using the .dbx and actually found the lost folder but I
can't open it. I'm sorry to bother you again but any suggestions would be
appreciated. (And I'll use the proper forum in the future.) Thanks again.
