Lost folders when syncing address book

I just installed Entourage on two computers and synced my Address book (I have a .Mac account). I ended up with 3 of each contact addresses so I began deleting them on the Me.com website. I then began to receive MANY Microsoft Sync error messages.

I now have lost huge amounts of data (lots of saved email) on my entourage email. I even lost email from my Entourage Inbox.

Can I recover these emails?

You might want to turn syncing off and then back on. Also... make sure
Office and MacOS X are perfectly up to date.

That should be completly unrelated. E-mails do not sync through
SyncServices as you address book did.
Can you still see the messages on the server?
Have you tried launching Entourage pressing the Option key down to
rebuild your identity?
