Lost formulas and formatting!

I have been working for days on an excel file. It has become a huge file with
many formulas. I tried to imprort a few spreadsheets into the workbook and
the message "Too many different cell formats" appeared. I have to hit "OK" a
bunch of times. Then excel said it had to restart.

Now I have lost almost all of the formulas and all of the formatting but the
values have stayed the same. Is there a way to recover my work? Note that
each time I open the file now the "too many different Cell formats" message
appears. My last save was before the error.

Please help!
