Lost Function for Show Next in View Header and Footer

Hello All,

I am using Office 98 on a G3 Powerbook using OS 9.1.
Recently, I have been having many difficulties in
understanding and controlling styles. That has led me to
read "Bending Word To Your Will" and John McGhie's article
on "Word Templates; A Guide to Their Creation".

After several re-reads of the instructions on pages 9 and
10 of the McGhie article, I get no results when clicking on
the "Show Next" button on the toolbar to get to the Even
header. Is there something I need to install?

Any comments would be appreciated.
