We are using Windows 2000 and Office 2002

One of our users created a document with five lines of text above a .jpg
image (insert/pictures/from file) and saved it in our network system. When
it was printed from her workstation the .jpg image did not print, just the
lines of text. The image is on the screen in typing mode, but when we did
the print preview on her computer and the image did not show up.

On another computer in our same network the document shows up, the image
shows in print preview, and when printed to the same network printer, the
image prints.

We have tried deleting her normal.dot and rebooting the computer, but it
still would not show up when printed or in print preview.

Any ideas on what might be causing this or suggestions on ways to fix it?

THANKS!! That's just the ticket. I don't know why hers would be different
than everyone else's, but that was the problem.
