Lost Inbox, Sent Items and Contacts after changing the computer do

We are currently setting up Small Business Server 2003. When we moved the
workstation over to the new local domain on the server we lost all of the
outlook settings including the emails in the inbox and sent items folders and
years worth of contacts.

is there any chance of recovering any of this?
