I created a report on Data base and the columns a-s are missing for
consequence my reort information is missing.
How can I get it back to show a-s?

Microsoft Access doesn't have "columns a-s" ... that sounds like a
spreadsheet.

We aren't there, we can't see what you're working with. Can you provide a
bit more explicit description?

Have you looked into whether there are any "hidden" columns?

What is "a-s"? Are these fields from a table/query? Or, do you have two
fields ( a and s ) that you want to find the difference?

What is your report's record source? What are the fields in your report's
field list?
